This is a TR3 level.
You start off in a jungle. Two tigers 
  will run in front of you and get stuck near a tree stump. Go forward and to 
  the right to hop onto another tree stump. Pick up the shotgun. Shoot the two tigers 
  from this safe stump. Go to first tree stump and pick up shotgun shells. Face the door into front of you. Get 
  off the tree stump and go to the right to a green wall. Go to the left corner 
  and you can stand jump through the green wall and onto a flat area. Go to the 
  right and pick up a Desert Eagle behind a tree. 
  Get out and return to the tree stump. Go towards the door that should be in 
  front of you. To your right, between two trees, is a wall switch that opens 
  that door. Open the door and enter the building. Go up the first steps. As you 
  turn the first corner, use the wall switch to your left. You get a cut scene 
  of another door opening.
Continue up the steps and pull up to the 
  left. You are in a room with two Shiva statues. Enter the open door and carefully 
  jump over the floor knife blades. I found it best to face the wall near the 
  crawlspace and side flip over 
  the rolling ball. Enter the crawlspace, crawl through, and drop down at the 
  other end. Turn around and walk forward to wake the snake and shoot it. There is nothing to find in the mud. 
  Go to the left and find a short platform. Pull up into the column and shoot 
  a snake. Turn around and jump onto a corner column 
  to get Uzi Clips. Jump back to the first column. 
  Jump onto the column with the dead snake and then to the next column. Run and 
  jump into the left corner for shotgun shells. 
  Jump back and go to the right. Carefully wake the snake around the next corner and shoot it. Jump onto 
  the last column. Jump onto a corner column for shotgun 
  shells and return. Pull up into the opening above your head.
Run up the steps, through the poison wall 
  darts, and pick up Ganesha Key #1. Near the right wall you can pick up a small medipack. 
  Go to the left wall to find the exit. Slide down the slope and pick up flares. Continue and slide down a slope and the doors 
  open in front of you. Shoot the thieving monkey 
  and pick up a small medipack from his remains.
Go back to where you shot the tigers. 
  Go to the right and go behind two trees to find another open door. Go up the 
  steps and get a cut scene of a SAS guard. Follow the 
  corridor to a T-junction. Go left to the end and pick up a rocket and a small medipack. Return to the T-junction. Go halfway up a small ramp 
  and pull up to the right and onto a wall. Shoot the SAS guard. I could not crawl under the wall. Go to the 
  sidewall and jump over the corridor to grab the wall. Pull up into the crawlspace 
  and pick up Uzi Clips. However, you can crawl 
  out of the crawlspace.
Jump to grab an upper corner block and 
  pull up. Turn around and pull up onto a higher platform Run and jump to grab 
  the blocks near the exit. Before you exit, Turn around and run and jump into 
  a pink lit alcove. Pick up Ganesha Key #2. Now exit into the upper forest canopy. Save 
  the game as there are holes in the forest canopy and you can fall to your death 
  very easy. Go to the closest tree and safety drop off the edge. You should land 
  on other tree limb to pick up shotgun shells. 
  Go around the tree to the other side and pick up a small 
  medipack. Safety 
  drop to the forest floor. Pull up into the wall opening and you are back at 
  the T-junction. Go left to exit this area.
Back in the jungle, go straight and enter 
  the first door that you opened. Go up the steps and pull back up into the room. 
  Go the close gate to the left and use the two keys. You get a cut scene of the 
  Shiva coming to life and the gate opening. I ran and dropped down into the entrance 
  hole and jumped up and down to shoot the two Shiva 
  from this safe location When they are dead, pull up and go 
  through the open gate. Pick up a large medipack, flares, and shotgun shells from the corners. Safety drop into the 
  hole and onto a water stream. Slide down 
  a watery slope and drop into a water pool.
Pull up onto a ledge and stand jump over 
  a slope. Drop to the water and pull down an underwater lever in the hole in 
  the pool floor. Get out of the water and stand jump onto a short column. Run 
  and jump onto the ledge with the yellow fence. Stand jump to grab the higher 
  block and pull up. Pick up Uzi Clips off the top. Face the cave and not the yellow 
  fence. Stand on the left side of the block and jump up to grab the ceiling. 
  Follow the monkey swing to the end and drop onto a decorated column. Crawl down 
  the slope into the next area.
Go to the far ruins and pull up into an 
  opening. Pull up onto the ledge above you. The column is climbable but not easily 
  marked. Climb up to the upper ledge. Climb the marked wall and pull up. Ignore 
  the right opening. Pull down the wall switch and get a cut scene of a gate opening. 
  Stand jump into the left opening. Drop onto the floor and jump onto the fancy 
  floor tile to trigger the spike wall. Jump back onto the entrance ledge and 
  get down after the wall has passed. Enter the next corridor and crawl under 
  the several poisonous wall darts.
Stand up at the end but do not step on 
  the fancy tiles. They are firetraps. Run and jump to land on a safe upper tile. 
  Run and jump around the corner to land on a safe lower tile. Run and jump with 
  grab to glide over the next two tiles and not bump your head on the low ceiling. 
  Pick up flares, MP5 Clips, and shotgun 
  shells off the floor. Go behind the column and pull up. Pull up into 
  a crawlspace. Crawl forward and drop on the other side. Pick up Uzi 
  Clips near a wall statue. Exit and you are back at the wall switch.
Climb down the wall back onto the ruins. 
  Climb down to the bottom and hang off the ledge to attract three dogs. Shoot 
  the three dogs and crawl out onto the decorated 
  column to exit this area. Safety drop to the ground and pick up rocket. Pick up flares 
  off a short broken column. Jump over the slope and into the water. Return to 
  the ledge with the yellow fence. Go to the left to find the open gate.
Go left and down the wide corridor. Stand 
  jump onto the higher ledge and go to the right. Go about two floor tiles and 
  look up to see a triangular crawlspace. The wall in front of that hole is climbable. 
  Climb up into that crawlspace. Crawl to the end and stand up. Stay near the 
  right side and pull up into the next crawlspace. Crawl to the end and safety 
  drop onto a large column. Pick up the Indra Key. Safety drop 
  to the floor and go down the wide corridor again. Stand jump to the higher floor.
Enter the open door in the left corner. 
  Go to the end and climb the wall. Shimmy to the right and drop into a corridor. 
  Follow the corridor and shoot a snake. Go to the end drop onto a forest floor. Shoot 
  the SAS guard near the tree. Go up the slope 
  and pick up shotgun shells behind the tree. 
  Continue up the slope and find some ruins. Go to the back and pull up onto the 
  highest column. Then pull up onto a tree limb.
Basically you have to jump over the gaps 
  and land onto other tree limbs. In route, you should find a green slope. Jump 
  into the middle and land in a hole. Pick up shotgun shells and MP5 Clips. 
  Save the game before you pull up to get out of the hole. Continue jumping the 
  tree limbs and be careful of low branches. Finally jump into an alcove and use 
  the Indra Key. You get a 
  cut scene of a Shiva coming to life. Reverse your route and follow the tree 
  limbs back to the ruins. At the last tree, jump onto the left limb to safety 
  drop back onto the high column.
Go to the tall column in the corner and 
  push the bottom block. Pick up another Ganesha Key. Go through the ruins and drop through a green 
  layer onto the mud. There are still more slopes to get to the bottom and the 
  open gate. Go to the left green wall near the tree and walk through the green 
  wall. Follow the steps to the bottom near a closed gate. Walk through the green 
  wall in the left corner and use the Ganesha 
  Key to open the gate. Enter the room and pick up the rocket 
  launcher off the floor. The statue is safe. Exit the room and go up the 
  steps. Shoot the SAS guard and continue back 
  to the forest area. Slide down the slope and shoot the Shiva.
Enter the open gate and go forward to 
  a wall with openings. Go through the crawlspaces in the next three walls and 
  you find a yellow fence. Go left and find a crawlspace. Save the game before 
  you drop on the other side of the crawlspace. Drop and quickly pull up to the 
  right to avoid a moving spike wall. Quickly drop through another crawlspace. 
  Turn and run forward a little. Turn to the right and crawl under a deadly wire 
  and a ceiling spike wall. Go to the end of the room and pull out a moveable 
  block from the corner.
Enter the opening and see a wire slide. 
  Save the game. Slide down the wire and release so that you can grab the edge 
  of the platform with the broken glass. Shimmy to the left or right to avoid 
  the fire tile. Pull up and walk through the broken glass to avoid damage. Jump 
  onto the platform with the save crystal and the level ends.
